Good news! I’m a graphic designer for hire.
I love designing pitch decks. Being a Los Angeles-based designer, I am particularly suited for collaborating with high-level creative teams to weave abstract ideas into a cohesive, concise, and visually impactful pitch.
Here’s a quick sales pitch on why it’s great to hire me for your next project:
A true collaborator — my goal is to help you execute your vision, while also helping you position your pitch to sell to your specific audience (investors, talent, sponsors, studios, distributors, agencies). It’s your idea, I’m here help capture it visually.
Clear expectations — the number one thing clients compliment me on is my organization. I’m a great graphic designer, but my true talent lies in project management. I set clear deliverables, maintain consistent communication, and provide realistic timelines for notes and revisions.
Every part of a project’s process is creatively important — it’s a gift to add a bit of my imagination to a project at the very start. I don’t use generative AI or large language models in my business. Media meant for human consumption is best when humans create it.
I can use whatever program works best for you (Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, Powerpoint, Keynote, Canva, Google Slides) and typically deliver text-editable versions of the deck so you can make changes as you. Obviously, the coolest decks will be designed in InDesign. But some pitch decks call for more collaboration, and I can make anything look good in any program.
All of my clients are friends or referrals, so please name drop your connection! I’d love to hear more about your project and how I can help.

“It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Mary Janda on a number of key projects for Done+Dusted. She is the definition of a true professional—right from the start, she clearly lays out deliverables, timelines, and expectations, which makes collaborating with her a complete pleasure. Her communication throughout the process is exceptional, ensuring that we are always aligned every step of the way.
Mary's creative talent is second to none. She has an incredible eye for design and consistently delivers stunning work, all while being highly receptive to feedback. She has single handedly tackled massive design projects for us, including a nearly 100-page pitch deck, and delivered everything on a tight timeline without compromising quality. Her dedication, attention to detail, and passion for the result are evident in everything she does.”
— Patrick Carroll, Head of Brands at Done+Dusted
“Working with Mary Kane is like working with two creatives for the price of one! Not only is her artwork eye-catching and exciting, but her professionalism and organization makes the entire process fun and easy. It's very rare to find someone who has mastered both left and right brain endeavors, and Mary Kane happens to own both. She is always my first choice when it comes to deck building, graphics work, website design, AND asset and project management. Hire her, but don't hire her too much because I NEED to have her on my projects! ;)”
